IMPORTED FROM JAPAN

This Land Cruiser was freshly imported from Japan, inspected, and sorted mechanically and cosmetically within reason. This Prado has 183,115km (113,783 miles) and we all know that is basically the break-in period for these rugged and durable SUVs.

EXTERIOR

The exterior is in great condition, original paint everywhere, original glass on every window, and factory wheels with upgraded BF Goodrich All Terrain tires (265/70-16) that still have tons of tread left on them. Aiba Works goodies to compliment this adventure vehicle such as Roof Rack, Bull Bars, and Ladder. With no dings on the panels, and minimal scuffs on the cladding, the overall paint condition is top notch for a vehicle this age! Enjoy the photos below.

INTERIOR

The interior of this Land Cruiser is just immaculate. Taking a look at these photos, you'll see that the car is equipped with all the luxury goodies available in 1997. All equipment works as intended, with the exception of the off-road inclinometer /altimeter (which can easily be replaced buying from eBay for around $200). Power windows, radio, power mirrors, and sunroof are all in excellent condition. This the Prado TZ which is the model's highest trim, is equipped with additional wood trim, a sunroof, front and rear climate control, and three row seating for 7 passengers. The headliner is holding strong with no sag. We believe that one of the coolest features is the ability to flatten the 2nd and 3rd row to make a comfortable bed for two! This car is truly a outdoorsman dream.

MECHANICAL

This Prado comes equipped with the 3.4 Liter V6 (5VZ-FE) made famous in the USA by the Toyota Tacoma, Hilux (think Top Gear), 4Runner, and Tundra. It is well documented that these engines will outlast even their owners. This one is no different! Extensive maintenance evidence all over the car's engine bay. Dated stickers can be seen on each of the components that were either replaced or repaired. The oil is clean and fresh, and every part of the car seems to have been taken care of.
